The number of tickets issued each day will be limited to help maximize everyone's enjoyment and prevent overcrowding.  We recommend that tickets be purchased in advance to ensure that you will be able to enter the property.

Tickets are valid for the entire day.  You may arrive anytime between opening and 1 hour prior to closing.  You may leave and return the same day with your wristband.

If we are not sold out online, then the remaining tickets will be available at the gate on a first-come basis.

Online Date Change Policy.  With either refundable or nonrefundable tickets, you may change the date of your tickets online 24-hours prior to the start of the event by following the Change Your Event Time link on your confirmation email. All tickets must be changed as a group.

Refundable Tickets give you the convenience of changing the date of your tickets or requesting a refund up to 10:00 am on the day of the event, for any reason.  Refunds will incur a $5 per ticket service charge, while changing the date of your tickets is free.  To request a refund or change the date of your tickets, please call us at 781-585-1522 or email info@sauchukmaze.com before 10:00 am.

Nonrefundable Tickets are not refundable.  That is, you will not be refunded or allowed to use your ticket on another date if you are unable to attend for any reason, including unfavorable weather.  You may however, change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the start of the event by following the Change Your Event Time link on your confirmation email.

Weather Cancellation Policy. If we are forced to close due to weather (click for more info), we will email all ticket holders with a link to reschedule to another day.  If the rainout occurs on the last day (Nov.  3, 2024), then Sauchuk Farm will automatically refund all ticket holders.  Full refunds will be offered to those who are unable to reschedule.

Online Ticket Fee.  $0.99 will be added to the cost of each ticket to cover online ticketing services.
